Effect of CA on the degranulation of IgE-sensitized RBL-2H3 cells treated with DNP-BSA. IgE-sensitized RBL-2H3 cells ( cells/mL) were incubated with CA in the presence or absence of DNP-BSA (4 μg/mL) for 6 h. Degranulation was determined by measuring β-hexosaminidase activity.
