oxLDL preferentially increases LPS-induced anti-inflammatory cytokines. THP-1 monocytes were differentiated into macrophages with PMA, followed by treatment with oxLDL (20 μg/mL) for 24 h, and then stimulated with LPS (100 ng/mL) for an additional 24 h.
