Effect of hypothermic culture on IFN-β production by poly(I:C)-stimulated mouse microglia. Mouse microglia (  cells/well) were cultured with 100 μg/mL poly(I:C) under hypothermic (33°C) and normothermic (37°C) conditions for 48 h.
