Effect of NF-κB inhibitor PDTC on PA-induced IL-6, IL-1β, and TNF-α production. HaCaT cells were untreated or exposed to 0.15 mM PA for 24 hours, either without or with pretreatment for 1 hour with 10 μmol/L PDTC or 0.1% dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO, as vehicle control). IL-6 (a), IL-1β (b), and TNF-α (c) productions were measured by ELISA. Each experiment was done in triplicate. Data are mean ± standard deviation. * compared with PA.
