ADMA and DDAH are located in the ciliated cells of the airway epithelium. Free and bound ADMA, DDAH-I, and DDAH-II were immunolocalized in wild type (WT) and DDAH-I overexpressing [DDAH (+/−)] mouse lung tissue sections and visualized by immunoperoxidase stain.
