GW405833 inhibits LPS-triggered signal pathway in macrophages. (a) Peritoneal macrophages isolated from C57BL/6 mice were treated with vehicle or LPS (1 ng/mL) in the absence or presence of GW405833 (10 M) for 30 min. STAT3, phosphorylated-STAT3, ERK1/2, phosphorylated- ERK1/2, and IB were detected by Western blotting. Data are representative of three independent experiments.
