FSTL1 expression is regulated by TNF- in 3T3-L1 adipocytes. Differentiated 3T3-L1 adipocytes were serum-starved for 16 h and then incubated with TNF- (20 ng/mL) for 24 h in the presence or absence of rosiglitazone (Rosi; 1 μM).
