FICZ and ITE inhibit IFN-γ and IL-17 but induce IL-22 expression by CD4+T cells from BD patients and normal controls. Purified CD4+T cells from active BD patients () and normal controls () were stimulated with anti-CD3/CD28 and rIL-23 in the presence or absence of FICZ (100 nmol/L) or ITE (100 nmol/L) for 6 days.
