Expression of surface markers CD80, CD83 on DCs after maturation. Immature iDCs were cultured with GM-CSF (800 UI/mL) and IL-4 (500 UI/mL) for 6 days. On day 6 iDCs media were replaced with media containing LPS and IFN-γ (aDCs) or with media containing IL-10 and TGF-β (tDCs) for the next 6 h or 24 h of maturation. DCs were subsequently washed and the surface markers CD80, CD83, CD86, and HLA-DR were measured using flow cytometer.
