PA-induced nuclear translocation of NF-κB p65 subunit in HaCaT cells immediately after the treatment and 24 hours after the PA depletion. Keratinocytes were untreated or treated with PA (75, 100, 125, and 150 μmol/L) for 24 hours under serum-free conditions. Immunostaining was performed with specific mouse anti-p65 antibody followed by Cy3-conjugated mouse anti-rabbit immunoglobulins (red) immediately after the treatment (a) and 24 hours after the PA depletion (b).
