Splenic T cells prestimulated with aCD3 or PBS were treated with YCP or ConA at the indicated concentrations, and cell proliferation was measured by MTT assay at 48 h (, ^*, ^** by Kruskal-Wallis test followed by Dunn’s post hoc test). (b) Effect of YCP on T cell IFN-γ production.
