Evaluation of expression of genes related to NFκB-mediated transcription-PostTreatment procedure. Cells were stimulated with LPS (1 μg/mL) for 2 h and then pyrenocine A was added (3.75 μM) during 18 h. PCR array plates were purchased from Life Technologies. The results are presented as to statistical analysis (Test *) and RQ (relative quantification) to show the variation in gene expression (less than 0.6 was considered decreased and more than 1.4 increased).
