Potent Anti-Inflammatory Activity of Pyrenocine A Isolated from the Marine-Derived Fungus Penicillium paxilli Ma(G)K

Evaluation of expression of genes related to NFκB-mediated transcription-PostTreatment procedure. Cells were stimulated with LPS (1 μg/mL) for 2 h and then pyrenocine A was added (3.75 μM) during 18 h. PCR array plates were purchased from Life Technologies. The results are presented as to statistical analysis (Test   * ) and RQ (relative quantification) to show the variation in gene expression (less than 0.6 was considered decreased and more than 1.4 increased). The results show the mean and standard deviation of 3 independent experiments. * .
