THP-1 cells were pretreated with 50 μmol/L catalpol or scropolioside B for 1 h and then stimulated with LPS (1 μg/mL) for another 24 h. ((b)-(c)) The effects of scropolioside B and catalpol on PA-induced expression of IL-1β and TNF-α in THP-1 cells. THP-1 cells were pretreated with 50 μmol/L catalpol or scropolioside B for 1 h and then stimulated with PA (50 μg/mL) for another 24 h.
