NTPDase2 is expressed by HT-29 cells. (a) HT-29 cells were incubated with ATP for 90 min and their supernatants were then subjected to RP-HPLC to quantify the various ATP degradation products ( ). (b) The expression of various human NTPDase genes was analyzed by semiquantitative RT-PCR where R, P, and N represent the reaction with HT-29 cells, the positive controls, and the negative controls, respectively, and (c) by quantitative RT-PCR ( ).
