Protective Effect of Cytosolic Phospholipase A2 Inhibition against Inflammation and Degeneration by Promoting Regulatory T Cells in Rats with Experimental Autoimmune Encephalomyelitis

<table>Neurological impairment scores in Lewis rats with experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE). The rats were immunized with 25 <i>μ</i>g of myelin basic protein (MBP) and 5 mg/mL of<i> Mycobacterium butyricum</i> and then treated with either the cPLA<sub>2</sub> inhibitor AX059 or vehicle once daily, starting on the day of immunization for EAE induction. EAE development in the rats was assessed on a scale of 0–5.</table>
