Modulation of cytokines, but not chemokines production, in implants from iNOS−/− mice. TNF-α (a), IL-10 (b), CXCL1/KC (c), CCL2/MCP-1 (d), and IFN-γ (e) levels were evaluated by sandwich-type ELISA.
