Validation of the model: weight (weight at sacrifice (g) − weight baseline (g)), fasting glucose levels (mg/dL) and histological features (NASH Activity Score (NAS) calculated as the sum of the subscores for steatosis, lobular inflammation, and ballooning) (: number of mice per score).
