AS-IV inhibits LPS-induced inflammatory gene expression in mouse kidney. Mice were treated as described in the legend of Figure 2. Total RNA was isolated from kidney, and inflammatory gene expression was quantified as described in the legend of Figure 2. Data shown are means ± SEM of 5 animals per group. compared to animals treated with LPS only.
