Effects of GV1001 on viability of hDPSCs. The cells (2 × 105 cells/well) were treated with the indicated concentrations of GV1001 for 48 h. The cell viability was assessed by an MTT assay and the surviving cell values are shown as a percent of the control-treated cells (no addition of GV1001); 0.9% NaCl solution was used as a negative control. Each value indicates the mean ± STDEV of three independent experiments.
