Effect of IL-2 and IL-15 pretreatment on LTB₄-induced NK cell cytotoxicity. Resting NK cells (a), IL-2-activated NK cells (b), and IL-15-activated NK cells (c) were coincubated with CFSE-labelled K562 cells at different E : T ratios for a 2 h cytotoxicity assay in the presence of LTB₄ 100 pM (solid lines) or vehicle control (dotted lines). The killing ability was measured using the percentage of 7AAD positive K562 cells.
