Leukocytic IL-37 and ICAM-1 expression change at early period. Leukocytic IL-37 and ICAM-1 protein expression were detected with immunoblotting. Both leukocytic IL-37 and ICAM-1 protein were highest expressed at 12 h point but significantly decreased at 48 h point (, ).
