Effects of TLR9 expression on cytokines secretion in CpG stimulated B cells. (a)–(c) When SLE-isolated B cells were stimulated by CpG, secretions of IL-6, IL-10, and IL-1rα were significantly increased compared with the Blank group; however, this effect was reversed by siRNA-TLR9 transfection. Cells in Blank group were SLE-isolated B cells. compared with the Blank group, and compared with the CpG group.
