Decreased IL-27 Negatively Correlated with Th17 Cells in Non-Small-Cell Lung Cancer Patients

The levels of IL-27 and IL-17 were measured by using ELISA. Serum IL-27 levels (a) were significantly decreased in NSCLC patients as compared to healthy controls.
