Effects of the Mitochondria-Targeted Antioxidant Mitoquinone in Murine Acute Pancreatitis

<div>Effects of MitoQ on ROS responses in isolated pancreatic acinar cells. (a) 1 mM H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub> induced a steady rise of intracellular ROS production, indicated by an increase in DFDCA fluorescence, which was significantly reduced by 1 <i>μ</i>M MitoQ but not dTPP.
