Lysosome and cytoskeleton pathways are enriched across multiple studies in blood of septic patients. This figure displays the −log values (with as cut-off) yielded from Student’s -test for the mean of average expression of genes in each pathway, comparing sepsis patients to the controls in each dataset, and only significantly up-regulated genes with either value <0.01 or FDR >1.5 were included in the analysis.
