mRNA expression of β-Arrestin 2 in differentiated 3T3-L1 cells treated with LPS in the presence or absence of FK. Differentiated 3T3-L1 cells were treated as described in Materials and Methods under the following conditions: CTL, 10 µM FK, 1 µg/mL LPS, and LPS + FK. The results are expressed as mRNA levels (fold stimulation over CTL set to 1) and are the means ± SEM of 3 independent experiments. Data were analyzed using -test for unique sample and paired -test; versus CTL.
