ASCs increase the expression of CD206⁺CD68⁺ macrophages independent of direct cell-to-cell contact. (a) Macrophages (M) (2 × 10⁶ cells/well) were cultured alone or cocultured with ASCs for 48 h via Transwell or direct culture (M : ASCs ratio = 4 : 1). Cells were then washed and incubated with fresh culture medium for 24 h with or without LPS (10 ng/mL). The expression of CD206⁺CD68⁺ M was analyzed via flow cytometry.
