Effect of LPE on phosphorylation of rate-limiting or intermediate proteins in the FcεRI signaling cascade. IgE-sensitized RBL-2H3 cells were preincubated with LPE for 1 h and then stimulated with antigen for 10 min. The above cells were washed with 1x DPBS and lysed with cell lysis buffer. The expression of p-Lyn, p-Fyn, p-Syk, p-ERK, p-JNK, p-p38, p-Akt, p-PLCγ1, p-PLCγ2, p-PKCδ, or β-actin was determined as described in Section 2.
