(b) The bar graphs showed the statistical results for vimentin, GFAP, and Iba-1 assessed by immunohistochemistry. The relative increases in vimentin, GFAP, and Iba-1 levels were assessed by densitometry (IOD) and positive cell levels were calculated in 10 random fields (40x magnification). Data were presented as mean ± SD in three separate experiments ( = 6; < 0.05, compared with control group; < 0.05, compared with DAI 3 d group).
