Evidence for the Involvement of Lipid Rafts and Plasma Membrane Sphingolipid Hydrolases in <i>Pseudomonas aeruginosa</i> Infection of Cystic Fibrosis Bronchial Epithelial Cells

<div>Hydrolase activities associated with cell plasma membranes of CuFi-1 and NuLi-1 cells. The measurements of the plasma membrane hydrolase activity were conducted on living cells, using artificial fluorigenic substrates.
