Evidence for the Involvement of Lipid Rafts and Plasma Membrane Sphingolipid Hydrolases in <i>Pseudomonas aeruginosa</i> Infection of Cystic Fibrosis Bronchial Epithelial Cells

<div>Effect of GBA2 overexpression on the enzymatic activity of the main sphingolipid hydrolases. (a) Total cell associated hydrolases activity of parental CuFi-1, CuFi-1-GBA2, and mock cells. The measurements of the hydrolases activity were conducted on cell lysate and expressed as pmoles of product/mg of proteins per hour. (b) Plasma membrane hydrolase activity in parental CuFi-1, CuFi-1-GBA2, and mock cells.
