Effect of P. aeruginosa infection on plasma membrane hydrolases of CuFi-1 cells. The measurements of the plasma membrane hydrolase activity were conducted on living cells, using artificial fluorigenic substrates. Before the assay, cells were infected or not for 4 hours with PAO1. The enzymatic activities are expressed as pmoles of product/106 per hour.
