POSG: psychobiotics oral suspension group; DTG: dietary treatment group; CTG: combined treatment group; BMI: body mass index; WC: waist circumference; HC: hip circumference; WHR: waist-to-hip ratio; II: impedance index; TBFat: total body fat; ABFat: android body fat; GBFat: gynoid body fat; IMAT: intermuscular adipose tissue; TBLean: total body lean; HAM-A: Hamilton anxiety rating scale (negative test (nonanxious subjects) if total score < 18 and positive test (anxious subjects) if total score ≥ 18).
