<div>Effect of IL-17 on BMP-2-induced phosphorylation of Smad1/5/8. The rat primary osteoblasts were treated with BMP-2 (300 ng/ml) in the presence or absence of IL-17 (25 ng/ml) for 48 h. The intracellular level of phosphorylated Smad1/5/8 (p-Smad1/5/8) was analyzed by Western blotting.</div>
