5-HT Drives Mortality in Sepsis Induced by Cecal Ligation and Puncture in Mice

Lack of 5-HT alleviates histopathology damage and organ dysfunction in the lung in CLP-induced sepsis in mice. The lung tissues were harvested at 6 h or 24 h after the CLP administration. The lung tissue sections were stained with H&E. Original magnification 200x.
