Effects of different concentrations of TFE on the proteins expression of P-IκB and P-p65 in NF-κB signaling pathway in LPS induced RAW 264.7 cells. Cells were pretreated with TFE (50, 100, and 200 μg/ml) for 1 h, followed by LPS (1 μg/ml) stimulation for 18 h. The proteins expression were determined by Western blot analysis, and β-actin served as an internal control.
