<div>Bone marrow progenitors were isolated from C57BL/6 mice and incubated with 20 ng/ml GM-CSF. (a) Cells were collected at days 0, 2, 4, 6, 7, 8, or 9. A portion of the cells at day 8 were stimulated with OVA for 24 h. Collected cells were processed for protein extraction followed by immunoblot analysis with antibodies to the indicated proteins. Blots were stripped of antibodies prior to probing with the next one. The two braces on the left represent two different gels of the same samples. (b) Bone marrow progenitors from WT or PARP-1<sup>−/−</sup> mice were isolated and processed as in (a).
