Reduction of TNF-α expression in HepG2 cells following transfection with the lentiviral particle method: (1) shRNA-TNF-α plasmid, (2) plasmid lacks shRNA-TNF-α, and (3) nonsense plasmid using HepG2 cells transfected with μ20 g of each plasmid 1-3. 48 hours later, Western blot was performed for TNF-α and β-actin as internal control. The amounts of TNF-α protein normalized by considering the amounts of β-actin protein. The data has been achieved of three independent experiments and shown as ; .
