TNF-α Downregulation Modifies Insulin Receptor Substrate 1 (IRS-1) in Metabolic Signaling of Diabetic Insulin-Resistant Hepatocytes
Effect of palmitate on the amount of Tyr632 phosphorylation of IRS-1 molecule in HepG2 cells and TNF-α-downregulated and normal cells. The cells were treated with palmitate and before harvesting was incubated in the presence and absence of insulin conditions. Western blot test was performed by using antibody against phosphotyrosine 632 of IRS-1 and IRS-1 (as internal control). The phosphorylation rate of tyrosine 632 of IRS-1 normalized with adjacent IRS-1 control molecules. The data has been achieved of three independent experiments and demonstrated as ;.
