Interleukin-4 Promotes Myogenesis and Boosts Myocyte Insulin Efficacy

<div>IL-4 boosts insulin signaling in C2C12 myoblasts. Cells were transferred to serum free medium for 3 hr, followed by exposure to IL-4 and/or insulin for 30 min.
