Thrombin Induces Secretion of Multiple Cytokines and Expression of Protease-Activated Receptors in Mouse Mast Cell Line

Expression of PAR1, PAR2, PAR3, and PAR4 in P815 cells after 16 h stimulation with the diverse concentration of thrombin. P815 cells were stimulated by various concentrations of thrombin at 37°C for 16 h. The expression of PAR1 (a), PAR2 (b), PAR3 (c), and PAR4 (d) mRNA in P815 cells was determined by qRT-PCR. Each trial was repeated three times. ANOVA was performed.
