Time-dependent effects of an ICV injection of BoxA on the proliferation and secretion of T lymphocytes under septic challenge. The proliferative activity of T cells was assessed using a CCK8 kit after culture with concanavalin A for 68-72 h and was further recorded at 450 nm using an ELISA plate reader.
