Blockade of IL-17A/IL-17R Pathway Protected Mice from Sepsis-Associated Encephalopathy by Inhibition of Microglia Activation

<div>Behavior performance and neuroinflammation were determined following the modulation of the IL-17A/IL-17R pathway. Mice received i.c.v. injection of recombinant IL-17A (20 ng), anti-IL17A ab (2 <i>μ</i>g), anti-IL-17R ab (1 <i>μ</i>g), isotype control (isotypeA: IgG1Ƙ 2 <i>μ</i>g, isotypeB: IgG2A 1 <i>μ</i>g), or saline.
