IL-37 Plays a Beneficial Role in Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome

Figure 6

Tolerogenic dendritic cells (tDCs) have a potential to induce tolerance in vitro. Human CD4+ T cells () from ACS patients were cultured for 5 days in the presence of medium alone (no DCs) or combined with immature DCs (imDCs), mature DCs (mDCs), or tDCs (). The cells were labeled 5 days later with anti-CD4, anti-CD25, anti-IFN-γ, anti-IL-17, and anti-Foxp3 and analyzed by fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS). (a) CD4+ T cell subsets were gated, and representative images of Th1, Th17, and Tregs are shown. (b) Graphs represent the average percentages of Th1, Th17, and Tregs in human CD4+ T cells of different groups. All data are expressed as ( and three experiments were performed), and one-way ANOVA was followed by a post hoc Student-Newman-Keuls test. indicates .
