IL-37 Plays a Beneficial Role in Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome

<div>Tolerogenic properties of IL-37-treated human DCs are highly stable. After removal of IL-37 and oxLDL, imDCs, mDCs, or IL-37-treated DCs (tDCs) were cultured in the absence or presence of LPS (0.1 <i>μ</i>g/mL). After stimulation for 24 hours, DCs were analyzed for cell surface phenotype by flow cytometry. (a) Mean fluorescence intensities (MFIs) for HLA-DR, CD40, and CD86 were quantified. (b) Analysis of the mRNA levels of IL-12, IL-10, and TGF-<i>β</i> in different DC groups after LPS stimulation for 24 hours.
