RT-qPCR gene expression analysis of the cold-inducible RNA binding proteins (a) RBM3 and (b) CIRBP after exposure to 6 hours OGD followed by 12 and 24 hours reperfusion (18 hours and 30 hours after experimental start, respectively) at 37°C and 33.5°C. Data from at least 3 independent experiments are shown as . Statistical analysis was performed using one-way ANOVA with Tukey posttest; # as compared to 37°C normoxia control group and comparison between the two experimental groups were considered significant.
