Inhibition of A<sub>2B</sub> Adenosine Receptor Attenuates Intestinal Injury in a Rat Model of Necrotizing Enterocolitis

<div>Inhibition of A<sub>2B</sub>R by PSB1115 protected NEC rats against the loss of body weight. No significant differences in body weight were observed between groups before experiment. NEC results in marked body weight loss after experiment as compared to the control group. However, PSB1115 protects NEC animals against body weight loss.
