I<i>κ</i>B Kinase Inhibitor VII Modulates Sepsis-Induced Excessive Inflammation and Cardiac Dysfunction in 5/6 Nephrectomized Mice

<div>Treatment of IKK inhibitor VII or CLP causes a notable change in activity, but a small change in MABP in 5/6 nephrectomized mice. Radiotelemetric study of (a) delta activity. (b) MABP in conscious condition of 5/6 nephrectomized sham (black mice) or 5/6 nephrectomized sham mice (white and red) subjected to CLP. After 60 minutes of CLP, 5/6 nephrectomized mice were injected with PBS (black) or IKK inhibitor VII.
