miR-10a in Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells Is a Biomarker for Sepsis and Has Anti-Inflammatory Function

<div>miR-10a expression in a mouse model of sepsis. PBMC were isolated from whole blood of C57BL/6 mice after 8 h (a) and 24 h (b) of sham or CLP surgery. miR-10a expression was determined via qRT-PCR.
