Diallyl Disulfide Suppresses Inflammatory and Oxidative Machineries following Carrageenan Injection-Induced Paw Edema in Mice
Effect of diallyl disulfide (DADS, 100 mg/kg) or diclofenac (20 mg/kg) on the mRNA expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) using qRT-PCR technique and nitric oxide (NO) level in carrageenan-induced paw edema in mice. ELISA data are represented as (). qRT-PCR data are presented as of triplicate assays and referenced to Gapdh. a indicates a significant change versus the control group; b indicates a significant change versus the carrageenan-injected mice.
